A lot of customers come to us with a very basic requirement to track or monitor something or someone. They often do not really understand the capabilities or perhaps more importantly the limitations of the technologies involved. This part of the site is designed to give you and general overview of the several technologies available to us so that you can be best placed to understand what can and cannot be achieved.
We understand that different people have different levels of technical knowledge so where needed we have tried to provide both a technical description and then a layman's description. Sometimes the later often makes more sense (even to us).
The objective is to make it easier for the generalist to understand and therefore operate their tracking system
